"Five years ago we contracted the building of our 4
bay+apartment 'shed' to Hutton builders. More of a house than a shed, we
were very impressed with the attention to detail of Lance, Ross and
Darren - particularly the box corners on the Accoya weather
boards...beautiful!
On the basis of the
success of the shed build, we once again used Hutton Builders to finish
what we started in building our adjoining family home.
Jana and Lance were very helpful in the planning discussions that lead to our final design, and on our insistence we once again had Ross and Darren as lead builders (ablely helped by others) - these guys were our dream team. Lance was very proactive in working around the COVID 'issues' (product supply, timing) and Jana also kept the pressure on. Lance has a very dependable group of subbies too, which kept the build progressing. Our bespoke brickwork, by Pat and his crew, is immaculate, the plumbing by Limbo perfect and the paint finish by Kurtis and his boys is superb.
Just like the shed, our home is stunning and just as we wanted. The workmanship is top-class, our home is warm and safe and secure, and we have no doubt it will remain so for many decades to come.
We have never used the same builder twice in the past(!) but after two builds in a row with Hutton Builders, we wouldn't hesitate to use them again, or recommend them to others.
