In collaboration with Daniel Lewis from TOA Architecture, the West St project stands as a prime example of high-end, modern architectural design. The space features intricate white-washed timber paneling on the walls and ceilings, paired with elegant curved brick walls.
Elements such as hidden blind pockets and pop-out windows provide a spacious, open environment without the need for interior walls. Sourced from Canterbury Clay Bricks, the distinctive red bricks add warmth and texture. This space, now home to Karen Alexander Beauty, is a perfect fusion of form and function.

Hutton Builders were a pleasure to work with on the West St project. Lance and Jana were honest, good communicators and genuinely cared about the process and end result. At West St there were a number of complex details and strategies; more attuned to a commercial project than a small residential house – the workmanship, attention detail and care factor bought this project to a great completion.
