Originally built by Hutton Builders for a private client, this standout project has since become part of their own portfolio - a space they believed in so strongly, they chose to make it their own.
Now known as Studio on West, the building is a flagship for Hutton Builders. Designed ahead of its time, it blends high-end residential living with business functionality in the heart of Pukekohe.
The project was thoughtfully designed by TOA Architects, with Daniel Lewis working closely alongside Hutton Builders from concept through to completion to bring the vision to life.
Zoned for both business and residential use, the space was created as a high-end shared office environment while equally lending itself to apartment-style living.
Its adaptability makes it ideal for boutique business owners, creatives, or those seeking a refined live-work setting.

Hutton Builders were a pleasure to work with on the West St project. Lance and Jana were honest, good communicators and genuinely cared about the process and end result. At West St there were a number of complex details and strategies; more attuned to a commercial project than a small residential house – the workmanship, attention detail and care factor bought this project to a great completion.
