Hutton Builders Ltd is a family owned and operated business based in Pukekohe. Director Lance Hutton has been working in building since the age of 15 and knows the trade inside and out.
Lance and his partner Jana work closely with clients to ensure a seamless building experience. The pair are truly passionate about building, with a focus on complete project management to deliver quality results.

Lance is a wealth of knowledge and common-sense, with 25 years of industry experience. Passionate about building, he believes that quality is the best investment. Lance thinks outside the box to deliver only the best results to clients.
Jana Hutton
Designer
Jana has been working with Lance for over 10 years, forming a solid partnership. A self-described ‘dogsbody,’ she keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Qualified in interior design, Jana works one-on-one with clients to choose build colours, textures, finishes and more. She is more than happy to work to client ideas, or pick design features out for them. Her favourite aspect of the role is building strong relationships and delivering homes and spaces that people love.
